- A professional service *firm whose primary business is providing Web development and design services for its clients
* Having an active Elance account in good standing is another way of fulfilling the requirement.
I love the part where they provides access to technology offering for development and production of hosting website. For development, you can download Visual Studio Pro, Expression Studio 3 & Expression Web 3, Windows Web Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 Web Edition. And for production use, they provide host of up to 4 processors per Web design and development company of Window Web Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 Web Edition.
